'Bubba' Sedeno
Manager, Texas Tech HUB Operations
Bubba Sedeno is Manager of Texas Tech University's
HUB Operations. He serves as a focal point in assisting small and historically
underutilized businesses and provides sources of contacts that will assist them
with state procurement opportunities.
He has served as District Manager and legislative
assistant to Senator John T. Montford for 13 years, handling numerous
assignments, from working on his legislative program to overall management of
the Senatorial district offices in Lubbock, Big Spring, and El Paso.
Bubba Sedeno has been a strong voice to small and minority business owners
throughout Texas and has been recognized by various Chambers of Commerce
including TAMACC and the Texas Association of African American Chambers of
Commerce.
Bubba has more than 24 years of State Government experience and is an active
participant in local, state and national politics. He has received numerous
awards.
