Founder and CEO,
P3S Corporation

Mary Ellen Londrie
As a young female executive, Mary Ellen took her career to an unprecedented level. She worked for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management where she was hired under the Outstanding Scholar Program in 1992 and climbed the federal corporate ladder very quickly, reaching GS-15 status early in her career. Mary Ellen served as the COO and VP for the U.S. Department of Treasury Franchise Fund, improving the delivery of products and services throughout the government. She served as the leader of this organization from 1994 through 2005. Under her leadership, annual revenue for the U.S. Department of Treasury grew from $0 to over $400 million, while savings to government agencies reached in excess of $10 million. After 12 years of federal service, Mary Ellen discovered there was a great need for small businesses with knowledge and experience in the federal sector. As a result, she founded P3S Corporation in 2005. With Performance, Productivity, and Powerful Solutions as the foundation for her company, Mary Ellen created a company that helps the federal government meet its mission, increase the quality of service delivery and reduce the risk to the government — ultimately saving taxpayer dollars. P3S Corporation’s results-oriented business methodologies are seen no where better than in measurable growth and financial stability. The business grew from one employee in 2005 to more than 200 people throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Today, the company is valued at more than $28 million.
Mary Ellen says the greatest accomplishment in her stellar career has been her ability to employ people during these tough economic times and to improve the quality of life for her P3S family members by providing great medical benefits and compensation packages. P3S currently supports the Department of Defense, the Department of Health & Human Services, the Department of Labor, the Department of the Interior, the Department of Energy, and many other federal agencies across the nation. P3S Corporation is headquartered in San Antonio, and also maintains field offices in Atlanta, Ga., Dayton, Ohio, Merritt Island, Fla., and the nation’s capital.
Even with the rapid growth of her company, Mary Ellen still values her commitment to the community as she serves on numerous PTA committees, volunteers in her children’s elementary classrooms, serves as the classroom representative, volunteers in her church Sunday school classroom, and serves as a chaperone for numerous elementary school functions. Thankful for her full and successful life, Mary Ellen and her family volunteer their time and financial resources for various charitable events and world-wide causes as active members of the Community Bible Church (CBC). Over recent years, Mary Ellen has donated thousands of dollars to organizations such as Community Bible Church, Good Will Industries, Medina Children’s Shelter, Red Cross, McAllister Little League, YMCA, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Muscular Dystrophy Association, the San Antonio Silver Stars, and others.
Corporately, P3S is also committed to the community by serving as a member of the North Chamber, Hispanic Chamber, U.S. Hispanic Chamber, Dayton Area Defense Contractors Association, National Classification Management Society, National Contract Management Association, Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the St. Mary’s University Advisory Council of Executives, and the San Antonio CEO Organization through CBC.
