On Friday, January 17, 2020 TAMACC will host a Latino Business Reception in Lubbock, Texas. This complimentary event will be on the second floor of Premiere Cinemas in the South Plains Mall.

The purpose of this gathering of Hispanic businessowners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders is to start a dialog to better organize Hispanic owned business in Lubbock.

On Saturday, January 18, 2020 invited local leaders will spend the day planning and strategizing next steps to improve the economic, educational, and political influence of Hispanics in Lubbock.

Some of the topics to be discussed Saturday will be establishing a TAMACC chapter in Lubbock, the importance of counting Hispanics in the 2020 Census, and setting a date for a Lubbock Latino Leadership and Business Conference later in the year.
