Any chamber of commerce, or business organization applying for TAMACC membership shall have a majority of its membership of Hispanic origin and/or be comprised of Hispanic-oriented businesses.

Chambers of Commerce applying for TAMACC membership must have their offices in Texas and represent members whose primary business is in Texas.

Business organizations applying for TAMACC membership must have an office in Texas.

Any chambers of commerce or business organizations interested in becoming a member of TAMACC must have a stated purpose, mission or goals consistent with those of TAMACC.

Chambers of and or business organizations who do not meet the eligibility guidelines but interested in being a part of TAMACC may apply for an Associate Membership.
