Objectives:
The primary objective of Leadership Tejas is to inspire and prepare participants to assume prominent leadership positions within their communities and organizations. Through comprehensive training and mentorship, the program seeks to empower individuals to lead with conviction and make a positive impact on their surroundings.

Target Audience:
Leadership Tejas is specifically tailored for Hispanic business owners, company managers, community leaders, and volunteers who possess a strong drive to contribute positively to their communities and workplaces. Aspiring participants should demonstrate a commitment to personal growth, community development, and the advancement of Hispanic representation in leadership roles.

Program Structure:
The Leadership Tejas program will span six months and will feature a dynamic and structured curriculum comprising workshops, seminars, case studies, experiential learning, and networking opportunities. Expert industry leaders and mentors will guide participants, providing invaluable insights and support throughout the program.

Applicant Information

Part One: Leadership Tejas Application

Please ensure that you complete all the questions in their designated sections. Please maintain brevity in your responses, as each answer should not exceed 2,000 characters or approximately 500 words.

Part Two: Application Evaluation

Upon receipt of applications, they will undergo a thorough review and scoring process. If you are selected to proceed to the semi-final round, we will contact you via phone and email to coordinate either an in-person or video conference interview.

The inaugural class of Leadership Tejas will have 35 available positions. Participants chosen will be based on the quality of their applications and interview performance.

Part Three: Post-Selection Requirements

If you are chosen, selected applicants will need to complete additional paperwork, sign liability waivers, and fulfill the program’s tuition payment or establish payment arrangements.
